Refund & Cancellation Policy
At BUYLOONS, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our flowers and gifts. Because many of our products are perishable or custom-made, our refund and return policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible.

  1. Perishable Goods (Flowers & Balloons)
    Due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers and inflated balloons, these items are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

Damaged on Arrival: If your floral arrangement or balloon order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the item. We will gladly arrange for a prompt replacement or store credit.

  1. Custom & Personalized Gifts
    Any gift boxes, hampers, or items that have been personalized specifically for your order cannot be returned or refunded once the preparation process has begun.
  2. Non-Perishable Items
    For standard, non-customized, and non-perishable gift items, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received it.
  3. Order Cancellations
    Advance Notice: You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Same-Day / Last-Minute Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery, or canceled less than 24 hours before the delivery date, cannot be refunded once our team has started preparing the arrangement.

  1. Processing Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Alternatively, we can issue an immediate store credit for your next purchase.
